Our Single Room

We are open all year (except Christmas).

You are welcome to come and go as you please, sit in the garden

or enjoy the wood burning stove and comfortable sofas in the

sitting room in colder weather.

Tariff: £40.00 per night for the first 3 nights

10% reduction on the fourth and subsequent nights.

Terms

25% deposit is required payable in advance by cheque once your stay has been confirmed. This deposit is returnable if you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. If you cancel within 2 weeks the deposit is retained but will be returned if we are subsequently able to let the room for the same period.

Balance payable in cash on arrival.

Extras such as evening meals paid as taken.

Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival (please advise estimated time of arrival) and must be vacated by
11.00am on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.30am.

Can be earlier by prior arrangement.
